I met Akira in February 2013 while I was a working student at Jollibee Trece during my college years. At first, I wasn't interested in him, and he didn't show any obvious interest in me either. He was one of the Counter Trainers, and to me, everything was just normal. 😅
Then, our managers started teasing us, saying that Akira had a crush on me. Because of that, they often paired us together to achieve our sales targets. Looking back, we made a great team. We were competitive, worked well together, and consistently hit our goals. As a reward, we would receive a TLC Burger Meal almost every day. Whenever we finished our shifts together, Akira would always give me the vegetables from his burger because he didn't like them. It was a small gesture, but our story hadn't really begun yet. ☺️
Since we lived along the same route, we often travelled home together. Whenever we worked the closing shift, we usually missed the last jeepney, so we ended up walking home instead. Those walks allowed me to see the kind of person Akira truly was. Even though he liked me, he never took advantage of the situation. He was always respectful, thoughtful, and a true gentleman.

I remember telling my best friend, "I think he's the one God has prepared for me."
And after 13 wonderful years, God has led our paths to this very moment. Through every season of our relationship, He has remained at the centre of our love, guiding us through every joy and every challenge.
Now, on August 21, 2026, we joyfully receive God's blessing as we become one in marriage. Our story is a testament to His perfect timing, His faithfulness, and the beautiful plans He has written for us.

We kindly ask our dearest guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that we can all be fully present and cherish this special and solemn moment together. Our professional photographer will be there to capture every precious memory, which we'll be delighted to share with you afterward.
We also kindly request that you avoid wearing white on our wedding day, as we would love for the bride and groom to be the only ones dressed in white. Thank you for your understanding and for helping make our celebration even more meaningful.
